This page doesn’t process payments — it helps you calculate the cost of your cleaning based on your specific needs. Once submitted, your request is sent to our team. We’ll match you with one of our local cleaners and send an invoice with the final price within 24 - 48 hours (unless expedited).

Base Cleaning (1 Bed / 1 Bath)
Flat Rate: $120
(Included by default — no need to add it.)
To confirm your booking, a 10% deposit is required. Your cleaner will arrive as scheduled, and the remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed and verified with final photos.
⚠️ Disclaimer – Heavy Soil Fee
In rare cases where a space is excessively dirty or contains biohazards, extreme buildup, pet waste, mold, or hoarded trash, a Heavy Soil Fee may be applied to cover the cost of extra supplies, time, and labor.
This fee starts at $40 and may increase based on the number of affected rooms.
